A World of Opportunities: My Business Tab

The new My Business Tab of MyShaklee.com (formerly iTrack) has a ton of new features for managing your business. Just ask Kristelle Sim who helped us by providing a lot of initial input for the new site. Kristelle gave us her take on what makes the new My Business so great!

It's holiday time, and thanks to the Shaklee Web Team, we have some new toys to play with! The new My Business section helps me focus on the business basics that help me grow and it's more fun to use! Here are my top 3 favorite tools:
  1. What Would You Like To Do Box. On the top right of the Business Summary page, all in one place, the simple but vital tasks of a growing business are front and center under the What Would You Like to Do section. From there you can add new contacts, send an email, sponsor someone, manage lists, campaigns, and your Shaklee Personal Web Site (PWS) and easily look up just one person. Even if being online isn't your thing, use the links in this box - you'll be way ahead of the game, and feel like an expert in no time!
  2. Track Incentives Section. If you've ever wondered where you were in the journey toward the Dream Trips, or Power Bonuses, or Team Up, at the bottom of the Business Summary page is a live Tracker that gives you a visual representation of how far you've come and how far you have to go...all in one glance. Seeing that little bar filling in towards the trip is surprisingly motivating. It makes me want to DO something to see that bar move even more!
  3. Business Builder Watch List. The Business Builder Watch List is my favorite tool of all. Are my newest members ordering more? Are my builders meeting the volume goals they set? How many new people have they sponsored this month...last month...the month before that? Finally I know for sure! Choose up to 5 people, and the watch list will create a mini-display which constantly monitors their volume and sponsoring activity, giving you an instant snapshot of how they're doing. You set it up on the Reports page, and then it shows up for you on the Business Summary page, right where you need it. This one tool helps me keep the most important people in my personal group "top of mind" every day. I use it for Builders and New Members, but you can choose anyone you want to monitor and support.
