I never had weight issues until I was in my 40s. At that time, my life became extremely busy; I was working full time and I was also a full-time college student. I felt like I did not have time to exercise or to plan meals, so I ate a lot of fast food. I did try a lot of diets, but they never worked for me. I would lose the weight—then regain it. Often, I regained even more than I had lost on the diet!

My heaviest weight was 186 pounds—and I was not happy. My husband and I were planning to renew our wedding vows at our 25th anniversary in a beautiful beach ceremony in Cabo San Lucas. I wanted to look and feel better for that ceremony, so I started the Cinch® Inch Loss Plan. I lost 30 pounds before the ceremony and had a wonderful time.

But I didn’t stop there. Cinch was working for me, so I just stayed on the program. I love the Peanut Butter Crunch Snack Bars, and I really enjoy making a piña colada shake with the vanilla shake mix, some fresh pineapple, and coconut extract. I am now 134 pounds, more than 50 pounds lighter. It has been a wonderful change in lifestyle. I watch portions, and if I eat more than I should on one day, I just watch my portions better the next day.
I learned to treat myself and my health with respect, and my body has given me great rewards in return. I have so much more confidence in everything I do. When I am standing in front of the classroom, I feel surer of myself and less jiggly. I am really enjoying the new me.
