"The teens I work with see me paying attention to nutrition and health, which encourages them towards a healthier lifestyle." - Tim says, 47 pounds healthier
It seemed every time Tim stepped on the scale, he had gained a pound or two. As the pounds went up, it became increasingly difficult to stay active and keep up with the teens he worked with on his job as a full time Youth Director. Some of the teens in his group even started calling him "Old Man." His children also noticed a difference – Tim was the one who always helped, played sports, and was on the go. Now it was getting harder for him to keep his energy up.

Tim's family's concern for his health, plus his desire to be a good example to the young people in his program, led him to give the Cinch Inch Loss Plan a try. To his surprise, the shakes tasted great! Realizing he wasn't going to be eating "icky diet food" helped Tim commit to the program, and to healthier eating habits. Before, Tim ate fast food from the "value menus". Now, it's a different story. Says Tim "I am now reading labels, eating more fruits and vegetables, and have switched to eating whole grain breads."

Tim also became more active. He purchased a treadmill and went from walking to running. Soon, he saw positive results, eventually leading to a 47 lb weight loss success.* as his weight steadily went down, his energy went up. He is now better able to do things that he had always done in the past – helping people, and playing with his children and grandchildren.

Tim says the Cinch plan has had a great influence on many areas of his life "The teens I work with see me paying attention to nutrition and health, which encourages them towards a healthier lifestyle. I feel so much better about myself and my job now."

Congratulations Tim!
